This looks DELICIOUS!!! Chicken Tomato & Basil Pita Pizza


This was posted on a beachbody thread by a good friend and my coach Seachelle. Thank you Chelle for sharing this!!! It looks DELICIOUS!! I can't wait to try it!!

1 pita, whole-wheat, 6 1/2"
3 ounce(s) chicken, precooked rotisserie, no skin
1/4 cup(s) cheese, ricotta, fat-free
1 cup(s) spinach, raw
1/2 cup(s) tomato(es), chopped
4 tablespoon basil, fresh
1/2 tablespoon oil, olive
1 clove(s) garlic
Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2. Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray; and heat over medium heat

3. Add garlic and spinach. Sauté until spinach is wilted (about 3 minutes)

4. Spread ricotta cheese on pita. Top with spinach mixture, chicken, tomatoes and basil.

5. Bake for 10 minutes or until bubbly.

Cook Time: 10 mins
Total Time: 20 mins
