Hungry for a burger but don't want the unhealthy fat? Sub out some great lean ground turkey and get in the kitchen!!
1lb 97/3 Lean Ground Turkey
1 whole egg
1/4 c whole oats
1/4 c shredded fat free shredded cheese (any of your preference; keep it clean!!)
seasonings to your liking (garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, etc)
Mix all in a bowl and separate into 6 burgers. Cook at 350 to your liking and serve. (No need to add cheese to the top because there's a bit in each bite!)
I serve them on Arnold's 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins.
