About Me

- Hey, guys! I just became a beach body coach. I'm learning the ropes and having a blast getting used to everything! For my 'real' job, I'm a clinical research coordinator. It's kind of a behind-the-desk-job, but there are some days where I don't sit down at all. I love it, but fitness is my passion. It's where my heart is. I'm a certified personal trainer through American Council on Exercise. I love the fact that ACE allows you to order books, study them independently, and take an online exam to keep the cert current. This allows me to focus on what I am really interested in: fitness and health on a tight budget, nutrition for athletes, and running and weight training together. I'm here to help you. Between being a coach and a personal trainer, I'm here to help you lose weight, keep it off and maybe even make some extra cash doing it!!
